# Devlog #1 – Design Locked, Systems Underway

Hello everyone,

Here's a brief progress report for a 3D puzzle-adventure game in a mystical dungeon world based on logic, symbols, and environmental narrative.

✅ Game Design Document Complete  

I’ve finished the full GDD, including:  

- 20 levels with increasingly difficult puzzles  

- Symbol-based mechanics  

- Modular level organization  

- Onboarding without tutorial tutorials  

- Visual storytelling with minimal UI

🎮 Systems in Development Now  

- Build interaction and movement logic for the base in development  

- Input system includes keyboard, mouse, and gamepad support  

- Focused on clean control feel for exploration and puzzle-solving

💡 Pre-production in Hawaii Underway  

- New lighting and environment options to enhance the dark, ambient mood  

- Planning early puzzle prototypes with modular dungeon kits

📦 Next steps:  

- First playable level blockout  

- Prototype core puzzle mechanics  

- In-game symbols and clue visual concepts
